L.A. Matheson's Annual Terry Fox Run will be taking place Wednesday, September. 26th in period 1 before lunch. Bring your donation. Bring your runners. Bring your active and charitable spirit as the school raises funds and gets active in memory of a Canadian hero and an ongoing search for the cure.

Meet the Teacher Night!

All parents and students are invited this Wednesday, September. 19th to meet the L.A. Matheson staff and to meet their children's teachers.

When: 5:15pm-7:15pm, September. 19th.

There will be an opportunity to meet all of your children's teachers, find out about the classes, expectations and support systems. There's information on how to best support your child, and opportunities to meet and talk about questions, ideas and inquiries you may have about your child's education. Please come and join us for an informative and important evening together!

Energized Opening

I hope you were all as energized by the welcome back excitement today at Matheson as I was. Now's the time to get excited, and to get involved. The Central City Library and SFU are offering a wonderful opportunity this September 17th, and each month following: Teens Philosopher's Cafe.
